User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App (the "App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, or using the App. The developer ("Developer") reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time, and such modifications will take effect upon posting the updated version within the App or on the official platform. Your continued use of the App after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

2. Scope of License

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof without the Developer’s prior written consent.

3. User Conduct and Content Standards

You acknowledge and agree to comply with the following rules when using the App:

· You shall not upload, post, transmit, or disseminate any objectionable content, including but not limited to defamatory, discriminatory, malicious, violent, pornographic, obscene, or harassing content that violates public morality, applicable laws, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others .

· You shall not engage in abusive behavior towards other users, including but not limited to personal attacks, hate speech, threats, humiliation, or repeated harassment that interferes with other users’ normal use of the App .

· The Developer has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive user behavior. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate actions including but not limited to removal of the violating content, temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account access, and ejection from the App .

· You shall be solely responsible for all content you generate, upload, or share through the App, and shall indemnify the Developer against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of this clause.

4. Reporting and Handling of Objectionable Content

· The App provides a dedicated reporting function for users to submit reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may use this function to report violations with relevant evidence.

· The Developer commits to reviewing all valid reports within 24 hours of receipt. Upon verification of a violation, the Developer will promptly remove the objectionable content and take necessary measures against the violating user, including ejection from the App and account suspension or termination .

· The Developer reserves the right to make final determinations regarding violations of this EULA, and its decisions are binding on all users.

5. Privacy Protection

The Developer respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the App’s Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as specified in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Developer may terminate this EULA immediately without prior notice if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Developer for any claims arising from this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for downloading the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Province of British Columbia, Canada.

10. Miscellaneous

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the App, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written. If any provision of this EULA is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this EULA, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
